Partner Gary Mull joined National Business Brokers, Inc. in 2009 and during his tenure has been involved in buy/sell transactions on over 50 dealerships nationwide, helping NBB maintain its status as the largest new car dealership brokerage firm in the country. Mr. Mull brings 30 years of extensive experience in all aspects of commercial real estate as a broker, principal, developer and lawyer, adding significant value to the NBB team and its clients.
Prior to NBB, Mr. Mull oversaw hundreds of successful commercial transactions as both broker and principal including the development/re-development of nearly 1.9 million square feet of commercial space involving such national retailers as Walmart, Home Depot, Kmart, Sears, Ralphs, Food 4 Less, Albertsons, Walgreens, Rite Aid, CVS, Regal Cinemas, Best Buy and others. He has been personally recognized as a leader in commercial property leasing by the International Council of Shopping Centers and, as a developer, his projects have received awards from the communities in which he has built.
Mr. Mull is a licensed real estate broker in the State of California, and an Active member of the California Bar Association. Mr. Mull earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration/Finance from California State University Long Beach and his Doctorate in Jurisprudence from Pepperdine University School of Law. He is a founding member of ROCKharbor Church in Costa Mesa, California and served on the Board of Elders for 20 years, 12 of which were as Chairman of the Board. Gary has been happily married for 30 years and is the proud father of three.
