National Business Brokers is pleased to announce the sale of Holiday Automotive, in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, from Mike Shannon to his son Micheal Shannon, Jr.
Mike Shannon, Sr., initially approached NBB with the intent to sell his extremely successful stores, including Ford, GMC, Mazda, Buick, Cadillac and Chevrolet brands. Scott Mackie, NBB’s SVP for the Midwest, worked with Shannon to explore all of his options.
Shannon said he appreciated Mackie’s assistance all along the way, even when the transaction turned into a transfer of stock to family members.
